HoYoverse announced during Gamescom 2024 that Genshin Impact will be available on Xbox Series X|S and Xbox Cloud Gaming on November 20.
This move comes after the huge success the game has achieved since its first launch in September 2020.
Xbox users will be able to enjoy all the updates and features the game offers on other platforms, including cross-play and concurrent progression. Players can also add it to their wishlist now, and Xbox Game Pass subscribers can pre-install it.
Since its launch, Genshin Impact has received numerous updates and has reached additional platforms, as well as being adapted into an anime series. HoYoverse has followed up on this success by releasing other games like Honkai: Star Rail last spring and Zenless Zone Zero this spring.
